Telephone/ Conference Calling Service can be arranged at the rate of €50 per session exclusive of call charges and room hire (24 Hours Notice required)
Rates are charged hourly or part thereof where applicable.
Rooms used 4 hours or more will be charged for the full day.
Paying tenants of the estate are permitted one free period per week subject to a maximum of 2 Hours in any one session. (Applicable to the Lonsdale/Ferguson Rooms only)
ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT @ 21%.
PAYMENT
Above rates applicable for payment on day by cheque or cash (for non-tenants). Tenants of the estate will be billed.
AV equipment can be made available on request at an additional charge. (Request must be made 24 hours in advance)
