PDC
The Project Development Centre (PDC) is an innovative incubator providing entrepreneurs with a comprehensive range of services and facilities, enabling them to develop and grow sustainable businesses. The key supports available to PDC clients include enterprise development programmes, incubation space and facilities, business counselling, funding and access to R&D expertise. This evening’s finalists and highly commended entrepreneurs have all participated on the PDC’s Hothouse Programme. Hothouse is a one-year training and support programme aimed at experienced graduate entrepreneurs engaged in the process of establishing knowledge-intensive businesses with global potential.
The PDC has been helping Irish start-up businesses for over 20 years and to date more than 450 companies have been supported through their various training programmes. The Centre’s outcomes stand up very well against international norms and the PDC model has been adapted by many other organisations, both in Ireland and abroad.
